Community Guidelines
Last updated 7 October 2026
These rules apply to posts, comments, profiles, images, video, audio, messages, groups, live sessions, marketplace listings and links. You must agree to these rules before publishing or using the account.
Child safety and sexual content
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors and links promoting this material are strictly prohibited. Never ask a minor for sexual images or offer sexual services involving minors. Pornography and sexually explicit content are not permitted. Report child-safety concerns using Report → Child safety or childsafety@mingotalk.com; do not download or circulate illegal imagery.
Safety and respect
No threats, hate speech, targeted harassment, doxxing, coercion or encouragement of serious violence or self-harm. No scams, impersonation, stolen credentials, spam, deceptive commerce, money laundering or illegal goods or services. Do not post private information about another person without permission. MingoTalk is for adults aged 18 or over; sexual services, compensated dating and trafficking are prohibited.
Ownership and truthful listings
Publish only content you created or have permission to use. Respect music, video and image rights. Marketplace and service descriptions must accurately describe what is offered and its price. A social account, badge or listing does not guarantee somebody's identity, service quality or earnings. A Micro Job task may not pay for app installs, app or store ratings and reviews, or likes, follows, subscribes, comments or shares on other platforms.
Reporting and blocking
Use the content or profile menu to report a concern and block unwanted contact. Provide the reason and relevant identifiers rather than reposting harmful material. Child-safety reports receive priority in the moderation queue. Report information is available to authorized moderators for investigation, not publicly published as the reporting user's identity.
Enforcement and review
Violating content may be removed or restricted and accounts may be suspended. Serious child-safety incidents require prompt investigation and the reporting required by applicable law. Hosts and administrators must moderate their spaces and follow these rules. Request a review through Help and support if you believe enforcement was mistaken; explain the content or account involved.
