Child Safety Standards

MingoTalk prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking and any content or links facilitating these harms. These standards apply across the app and website, including private messages, audio and live sessions.
Report a concern
Use Report → Child safety on the affected content, profile or message, or contact childsafety@mingotalk.com. An account is not needed to email a concern. Include the relevant URL or account identifier and a description. Do not attach, download or redistribute illegal sexual images of a child. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency authority directly.
Response and reporting
Child-safety concerns receive priority in the moderation queue. Authorized staff investigate, remove confirmed prohibited material and restrict or suspend involved accounts. Necessary evidence is handled with restricted access for legal obligations. Confirmed CSAM and child-exploitation incidents must be reported to the competent child-protection or law-enforcement authority as required by applicable law, including the relevant national authority and NCMEC where applicable. Support tickets do not replace emergency reporting.
Age and responsibility
MingoTalk is for adults aged 18 or above and is not intended for children. An account found to be under 18 can only download its data or delete itself. Underage accounts and attempts to get around the age limit can be reported. Hosts and moderators must not permit child exploitation in their spaces.
Child-safety contact
The designated MingoTalk child-safety contact address is childsafety@mingotalk.com. The operator must staff this contact, maintain an incident-response process and cooperate with lawful child-safety requests. These published rules are not a claim that every item of user content is automatically inspected before publication.
