Deleting your MingoTalk account

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app. You do not have to ask anybody, and nobody has to agree to it.

In the app

Settings, then Deactivate or delete. Choose Delete, type your password, or choose Use an email code instead, and confirm.

What happens

Your account is switched off at once and deleted for good after thirty days, with everything in it: posts, comments, photos, chats, albums, stories and the profile. Signing in during those thirty days cancels it.

• Independent copies downloaded or shared by other people may remain with them.
• Orders you bought or sold stay on record for the other side, for as long as the law requires. Payment services keep their own record of each payment.
• Diamonds and any wallet balance are lost, so spend or withdraw them first.

Sign in to delete your account

Without the app: write to privacy@mingotalk.com from the email address on the account. We answer within thirty days.
